London Brewery Statistics 2024
2024 started with 108 London breweries on our list and the year ends with 101, a decrease of 7 over the year. This is the smallest net decrease for a number of years and hopefully it means that the brewing scene in London is starting to stabilise. 6 breweries closed totally, 4 breweries relocated (Meantime to Fullers, the other 3 out of London), 1 is allegedly “suspended,” but it’s been like that for more than a year, and one which changed ownership with Friendship Adventure becoming Supercute.
The other 4 new, or ‘resumed,’ breweries are Hopewell and CBJ, both nano kits within bars, Blondies and Bird House who took over the old Canopy kit.
