An excellent bar right opposite Gipsy Hill station - and now a brewpub.

Previously Beer Rebellion, this bar has now been taken on by Bullfinch Brewery. The list offers 15 taps and several fridges full of superb bottled beer - the range when we revisited in October 2021 was nothing short of outstanding. with beers from the likes of Boon, Dupont, Tilquin, Fantome, Tommie Sjef and many others, alongside stellar UK breweries such as Burning Sky, Buxton, Thornbridge and Cloudwater - hence our promotion to Guide 'top pick' status. April 2022: brewing on site under the name 'So What Brewing' has now commenced. Reports on findings welcome. NB: card only, no cash.

Cosy one room bar opposite Gipsy Hill station. 15 taps and up to two cask beers are available offering a really good range of beers. Add in the 3 fridges of packaged beers and you are spoilt for choice. There is a nano brewery in the basement which has been brewing sporadically although it is hoped that it will become more regular soon with the beers only available in the bar.
