This revived pub has some great features, including antique furniture, marvellous green tiling behind the L shaped bar, and a vinyl turntable providing music. There are 8 handpumps, but to ensure good quality there are often only 2 or 3 of them in use at any given time. The exception is Chelsea match days, when rapid turnover allows more to be used. The keg range is good, and a growing range of bottles includes some of the Belgian classics such as Westmalle Dubbel and Tripel plus Orval. Check the dates on some of the other bottles though. A good pub with a beery interest, and one which needs and deserves more support.
