Offering 8 cask, 12 keg and c.20 bottled beers, this old pub is now seeing better days after a somewhat chequered past. Just a few minutes from Kings Cross station it is a welcome addition to an area which needs some better pubs. Two main rooms, both wood panelled, with an island bar, most of the cask ales are of interest and they always try to have something from local Hammerton Brewery available. There are a few less interesting keg beers on the front bar but check out the more interesting stuff on the bar in the second room.
