Now, listen up: we’re no fans of AB InBev, and we’d prefer not to promote big beer. But we are consistent about the Guide’s criteria of ‘good beer’ – regardless of who brews it. And for this reason we have decided to include AB InBev’s new Balham bar in the Guide because it definitely offers good beer. They serve 8 (TBC) draft beers – now GI & guests – plus c.15 bottles/cans (TBC). After a revamp the previously excellent food is now hot dogs, and we have yet to revisit to check them out.
