A former bank, this hotel bar is stunning: three rooms, with high ceilings, art deco touches including an enormous chandelier in the main room, and a more intimate, cosy feel in the two smaller rooms to either side. The beer list usually includes a cask beer or two, plus some quality kegs – including their own house saison. Service is very friendly, attentive and professional. The food menu is overseen by Michel Roux Jnr and looks great.

Smart hotel bar, attached to the Langham Hotel. Better than average beer list including their own beer from Yonder. Three cask beers and 10 on draft. Smart, but no problem with people just coming in for a beer - including me!
